My name is Ashley Pelland and I have been with AYEC for 10 years! I am a graduate from the Developmental Services Worker Program at Cambrian College and am currently the Executive Assistant for the company. I have had the pleasure of being apart of every exciting step and expansion and I look forward to another 10+ years of working with the best coworkers, clients, and community.
Every day I come in to work and can feel the happiness and joy that AYEC brings to so many amazing individuals. We are not just a workplace, a program, a place to stay; we are so much more, we are a family! Knowing that I am making a positive change, daily, in someone’s life warms my heart, puts a smile on my face, and makes all my hard work and commitment worth it.
